RETURN POLICY: All merchandise returns and cancelations must be made within 3 DAYS of delivery/pick-up; be in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked-up. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns (25% on Special Order returns). With the exception of Special Order returns, the re-stocking fee will be waived if other merchandise is selected at the time of return. Clearance merchandise and merchandise sold AS-IS are sold with NO WARRANTY and are NON-RETURNABLE. All refunds to be paid by company check in 10-14 business days via mail.

SPECIAL ORDERS: 25% or 50% deposit required before J&J orders goods. Cancelled Special Orders will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the merchandise amount with all money paid over the 25% refunded by, company check in 10-14 business days via mail. Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand ,at the time of the order. J&J shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of, merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. Our estimates our based on vendor stock, we are not liable for when vendors choose to ship us items.
